Care Practitioner Opportunity

We are looking for a person-centred care practitioner to join our HC-One Ltd. team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Qualifications and Experience: Completed Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification, with a background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
