About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for providing personal care, assisting with meal preparation, administering medication, and creating care plans. You will work closely with our care team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality personal care to residents
  • Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary needs are met
  • Administer medication according to resident's medical needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate records of resident's progress and care
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
