Job Title: Video Editor and Content Designer

The Frasers Group Learning & Development team is seeking a skilled Video Editor and Content Designer to create engaging learning experiences and resources for our people. As a key member of our team, you will design and deliver world-class learning solutions that support our business initiatives and achieve our vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and edit high-quality learning content, including instructional and promotional videos, motion graphics, and branding materials.
  • Collaborate with our Videographer to film and edit footage for internal and external use.
  • Create supporting digital assets, such as social media banners and GIFs.
Requirements:
  • Experience with motion graphics, including 2D animations, and proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud applications).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work to post-production schedules, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders from across our business.
  • English/Writing Qualification (e.g., GCSE/A-Level/Higher or equivalent in English Language or Creative Writing).
Desired Skills:
  • Experience in 3D motion graphics, including animation and typography.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in managing your own projects and working to tight deadlines.
