Senior Videographer & Content Editor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Videographer & Content Editor to join our team at TM UK (Web). As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for elevating our content and output, working closely with the Creative Lead to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a small team of Videographers across multiple in-house projects, ensuring high-quality output and meeting deadlines.
  2. Manage the art working and uploading of video content for digital screens across our Group's Fascias, maintaining brand consistency.
  3. Create engaging video content for social media platforms, including TikTok videos, highlights reels, vlogs, and promotional group content.
  4. Develop and maintain Frasers group image guidelines, ensuring they are met within the team and across all digital platforms.
  5. Organize and prioritize your own workloads and deadlines, as well as those of your team, to maximize commercial success.
  6. Film content for videos, including behind-the-scenes footage, on-the-fly videos, and promo videos, using provided equipment.
  7. Utilize video production equipment, including sound and light, to deliver high-quality content.
  8. Work with Premiere Pro and After Effects to edit and enhance video content, ensuring exceptional quality.
  9. Log work produced with the team using departmental tools, maintaining accurate records.
  10. Liaise with wider teams and stakeholders on group project work, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  11. Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  12. Be flexible with working hours, including weekends and evenings for events, to meet business needs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Practical knowledge and experience of working with video production equipment, including sound and light.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of working with Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Ability to work independently and manage numerous projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings for events.
