Job Title: Video Editor and Content Designer

The Frasers Group Learning & Development team is seeking a skilled Video Editor and Content Designer to create engaging learning experiences and resources for our people. As a key member of our team, you will design and deliver world-class learning solutions that support our business initiatives and achieve our vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and edit high-quality learning content, including instructional and promotional videos, motion graphics, and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure learning experiences meet the highest standards and align with our business objectives.
  • Support the Videographer with filming and editing footage for internal and external use.
  • Create engaging digital assets, such as banners for social media and GIFs.
Requirements:
  • Experience with motion graphics, including 2D animations.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work to post-production schedules.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • English/Writing Qualification (e.g. GCSE/A-Level/Higher or equivalent in English Language or Creative Writing).
Desired Skills:
  • Experience in 3D motion graphics, including animation and typography.
  • Skilled at PowerPoint and proficiency in the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in managing your own projects.
  • Awareness of the Frasers Group brands, products, and services.
