As a Senior Videographer & Content Editor, you'll work with the Creative Lead to elevate our content and output, setting the bar high and working with stakeholders to enable results.

Responsibilities:

* Lead a small team of Videographers across multiple in-house projects
* Manage the art working and uploading of video content for digital screens across the Group's Fascias
* Create video content for social media, including TikTok videos, highlights reels, vlogs, and promotional group content
* Be mindful of the effects we can all have to maximize the commercial success of the studio and the wider business
* Film content for videos, such as behind-the-scenes footage, on-the-fly videos, and promo videos (all equipment will be provided)
* Practical knowledge and experience of working with video production equipment, including sound and light
* Liaise with wider teams and stakeholders on group project work
* Ability to work independently and manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
* Ability to work flexible hours when required, including weekends and evenings for events

Requirements:

* Excellent knowledge of Photography, Videography, Video editing, and Lighting & Sound
* Excellent knowledge of video camera systems and latest releases
* Collaboration with other team members, from entry level through to Studio management
* Excellent Communication skills, planning, and time management
* Ability to travel
