Social Care Inquiry Lead

Connect2Kent is recruiting a skilled Social Worker to join our Safeguarding team. The successful candidate will have previous experience working as an Inquiry Officer and knowledge of S42 investigations.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
- Carrying out proportionate and holistic investigations and assessments, identifying needs and actions/outcomes to help individuals be safeguarded.
- Understanding and applying relevant legislation and policy when undertaking safeguarding enquiries and assessments.
- Working towards the timely resolution and closure of safeguarding enquiries, identifying and processing safeguarding and quality of care issues.
The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
