We are seeking an experienced Senior Ward Manager to join our team at Holy Cross Hospital. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for managing ward operations, delivering high-quality patient care, and leading and motivating staff to achieve efficient teamwork.
About the role:
- Manage a ward and ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.
- Develop and implement effective ward plans to achieve efficient teamwork and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with the Multi-Disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Registered Nurse with current NMC pin, previous experience in neuro-disability settings, and Tracheostomy and Ventilator training. You will be accountable for delivering patient care that meets our organisation's values: Caring, Safe, Effective, Responsive, and Well Led.
