About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Senior Staff Nurse to manage a ward at Holy Cross Hospital in Haslemere, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse to take on a leadership role and lead a team of staff in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the ward
  • Deputise for the Ward Manager as required
  • Work closely with the Multi-Disciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current NMC pin
  • Previous experience working in a neuro-disability setting
  • Tracheostomy and Ventilator training (training can be provided)
