We are recruiting for a Senior Staff Nurse to manage a ward at Holy Cross Hospital in Haslemere, Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to take on a leadership role and lead a team of staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
About the Job:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the ward, effectively leading, motivating, supervising, and directing staff to ensure that time and resources are managed through effective teamwork.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current NMC pin
- Previous experience working in a neuro-disability setting
- Tracheostomy and Ventilator training (training can be provided)
