Ward Management Specialist

Holy Cross Hospital seeks an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to manage its ward and lead a team of healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- To oversee the daily operations of the ward, ensuring that patients receive safe and effective care
- To lead and motivate staff to achieve excellence in patient outcomes
- To work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to coordinate care plans and deliver seamless patient experiences
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in managing wards and teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Previous experience working in a neuro-disability setting
