Healthcare Unit Director

A dynamic and independent provider of inpatient mental health and elderly care services is seeking a Senior Nurse, Charge Nurse, or Deputy Ward Manager to lead the multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional patient care and mentoring junior nurses.
This role requires collaboration with the Hospital Manager to ensure efficient and safe ward operation, making it an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to showcase their leadership skills.
Key requirements include:
- Valid NMC registration as a RMN nurse
- Positive attitude, caring, and compassionate
- Relevant experience in a similar environment
- Proven leadership skills
- Clear DBS
The position is based in Haslemere, offering easy access to nearby towns. A car is required due to limited public transportation options.
A competency-based interview with the senior management team will assess candidates' suitability for this challenging role.
Remuneration: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, including 25 Days Annual Leave + 8 Bank Holidays.
