About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse to join our team as a Medical Ward Lead, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety while effectively managing ward operations and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements

  • Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current NMC registration.
  • Proven experience in leadership and management roles within a hospital setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits

£52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 35 days annual leave, pension scheme, and access to professional development opportunities.
