Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing holistic patient care, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and maintaining accurate patient records. They will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care plans, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personalized patient care, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Developing and implementing tailored care plans, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Maintaining accurate patient records, ensuring effective communication with colleagues
  • Working efficiently in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Registration with the relevant nursing regulatory body
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Salary: £39,000 - £43,000 per annum, dependent on experience
