At Choice Care Group, we are seeking an exceptional Care Manager Leader to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall management and daily running of one of our residential care homes.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of adult social care, with experience in supervisory roles. They will possess strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to build lasting relationships with staff, residents, families, and external organisations.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including enhanced holiday entitlement, sick pay, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to study for a Level 5 Diploma in Care Leadership & Management and develop your skills and expertise in care management.

Our homes are designed to provide a safe, positive, and happy environment for all residents, with a focus on living life to the full and having fun. We offer flexible, individually-tailored supported living services for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and associated complex needs.
