Job Title: Ward Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional nurse to manage our high dependency ward at Holy Cross Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered and the efficient running of the ward. You will lead, inspire and motivate your team to provide exceptional patient care, while maintaining a safe and effective clinical environment.

About the Role:

As the Ward Director, you will be accountable for the delivery of our patient care in a way that is Caring, Safe, Effective, Responsive, and Well-Led. You will have day-to-day oversight of staffing, resources, roster management, and workforce planning, as well as patient care. Your role will involve working closely with the wider Multi-Disciplinary team to ensure seamless care pathways and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an RN with current NMC pin, preferably with previous experience working in a neuro-disability setting. You will also need to be Tracheostomy and Ventilator trained, although training would be provided. In return, we offer:
