Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current NMC registration.
  • Proven experience in leadership and management roles within a hospital setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 35 days annual leave, pension scheme, and access to professional development opportunities.
