Futures, a dynamic electronics manufacturer based in the UK, is seeking an experienced Electronics Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering department, you will be responsible for managing and leading the software and hardware teams to deliver innovative products that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve product quality and reduce costs.
  2. Leading and coordinating the hardware/software team to achieve project goals.
  3. Collaborating with customers to agree on project specifications and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  4. Preparing commercial proposals in collaboration with business development teams.

Requirements:

  • Electrical and Electronic Engineering qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a senior electronic design engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a generous annual leave entitlement, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
