We are looking for a talented Electronics Development Manager to lead our Engineering department at Futures in Wakefield. This individual will be responsible for managing and coordinating the hardware/software team to deliver products that meet stakeholder requirements and quality expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Acceptance specifications are agreed with the customer and plans an effective product life cycle.
  • Organises and co-ordinates the hardware/software team.
  • Ensures that all operating procedures adhere to the ISO quality standards.
  • Works closely with the business development teams to prepare commercial proposals.

As an Electronics Development Manager at Futures, you will have good hands-on design skills and previous experience of people management (in a senior electronic design engineer, project manager, or design manager capacity).
