Job Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Agent to join our fantastic residential sales team in Fishponds. As a Senior Estate Agent, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, agreeing sales, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and book valuations for properties
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
- Agree sales and progress sales through to exchange and completion
- Optimise opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Preferably an experienced sales person
- Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
