Tower Hamlets English Graduate Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Graduate to join our secondary school in Tower Hamlets, London as an English Academic Mentor.

In this role, you will play a vital part in inspiring and motivating students to achieve their full potential in English.

Salary: £25,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Our ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for Literature and Language, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to think creatively when approaching educational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To create and implement innovative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
  • To build strong relationships with students and colleagues to foster a positive learning environment
  • To contribute to the development of curriculum materials and resources

Requirements:

  • BA Honours degree in English or related discipline
  • Experience working with students in a similar capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
