Randstad is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of Student Development Coordinator at a highly regarded school in the Purley area. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
About the School:This small, renowned school provides a supportive environment for students to grow and develop their skills. As a Student Development Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational vision and ethos of the school.
Main Responsibilities:- Support learning and teaching across the curriculum, from primary to secondary school.
- Collaborate with teachers to plan, prepare, and deliver tailored learning activities for individuals, groups, or entire classes.
- Provide personalised learning support within our student-centred philosophy.
- Motivate and guide students in developing their attributes, skills, and knowledge.
We are looking for a candidate with recent experience as a Teaching Assistant or a similar role, or possess relevant life experience and a genuine enthusiasm for working with students aged 7+. Acquiring knowledge of the National curriculum and additional support needs is also essential.
