Job Description:

As Shop Support Area Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless shop operations within your defined geographical area. You will work closely with the Area Manager and shop managers to allocate cover effectively, maintaining engaged and motivated teams while maximizing Net Sales Contribution (NSC) and Gift Aid (GA). Your strong communication and relationship-building skills will be instrumental in developing trusting relationships with local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain inclusive, respectful, and safe environments in the shops.
  • Collaborate with Area Manager and shop managers to allocate shop cover effectively.
