At the East of England Ambulance Service, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Incident Command Supervisor. This position plays a critical role in leading a team of clinicians, Team Leaders, and other support staff to provide safe, effective, caring, and responsive services within a defined geographical area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the general day-to-day running of the locality in conjunction with the Local Area Manager and Team Leaders. This will involve focusing on staff welfare, operational productivity, and efficiency, as well as the best utilization of available operational resources.

As a key member of the team, the Incident Command Supervisor will be responsible for mentoring and clinical supervision, as well as experience in managing a team and working in highly pressured situations. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and influencing skills, with the ability to assess situations and make decisions quickly and confidently.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
