About the Opportunity

ThriveSW Limited is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our dynamic Facilities Management team. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary and the chance to work on a variety of projects across the south central region.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance, excellent communication skills, and a valid driving license. They will also be able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess a proven track record in Health and Safety procedures.

Job Description

This role involves carrying out electrical maintenance tasks, including planned and reactive works, as well as emergency breakdown repairs. You will be required to complete associated paperwork accurately and on time. Additionally, you will be part of a call-out rota to provide full out-of-hours cover for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out electrical maintenance tasks, including planned and reactive works.
  • Complete associated paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Participate in a call-out rota to provide out-of-hours cover for clients.
  • Oversee visiting sub-contractors to ensure they adhere to company standards and Health and Safety protocols.
  • Adopt a flexible attitude to assist with other properties within the portfolio.
  • Ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Fully qualified electrician with experience working in commercial environments.
  • 17th Edition or 18th edition certification.
  • Testing and Inspection 2391 desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid driving license.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
