We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Counselling Case Manager to join our team at Lyra, a leading provider of Workplace Mental Health services. This is a brand-new role that will play a critical part in our expansion plans in the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
Key Responsibilities- Support our onsite service queries and therapeutically assess mental health needs
- Refer onto clinically appropriate therapy and offer immediate support
- Deliver video/face-to-face goal-oriented therapy sessions and provide overarching case management services
- Manage safeguarding and risk cases, monitoring and case managing your caseload
- Act as a mental health advocate onsite to promote utilisation of services amongst the population
- Bachelors or Masters level counselling qualification appropriate to professional standards of the United Kingdom
- Experience of working with a broad range of psychological health and workplace-related issues
- Training and experience of working a solution-focused or goal-oriented therapeutic modality
- Experience working for an EAP Provider or similar in the UK
- Minimum of 2 years working experience
- Monthly contribution towards external supervision
- Professional membership fees compensated
- Access to Private Medical Insurance
- Onsite at a key client site with the possibility of travel to other locations
- Full-time Monday to Friday, 28 days holidays plus bank holidays per year
- Discretionary bonus scheme
- Group life assurance - up to 10x annual salary
- Critical health insurance - 2x Annual salary lump sum paid out, in accordance with illness
