About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Product Management to lead our growth initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving user and commercial impact through product development, collaborating with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use data analysis and user research to identify pain points, opportunities, and validate hypotheses.
  • Drive demonstrable user and commercial impact through product development, collaborating with stakeholders across the business to identify and understand opportunities.
  • Define and build exceptional products that exceed customer expectations and support commercial goals.
  • Partner with engineers, product designers, and data scientists to tackle ambiguous problems.

Requirements:

  • A record of defining and building successful products that drive business growth.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Detailed understanding of the Deliveroo business and its customers.
