Contract Management Executive

This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity to join our Contract Management team, where you'll play a critical role in driving our business forward.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production of Schedule Updates & Formal Extension quotations from commercial divisions across the Ayvens Group according to agreed service levels.
  • Ensure all quotes are produced according to policy rules and forecasting methodology.
  • Ensure all Contract Management tasks are actioned in line with commercial and legal requirements.
  • Liaise with internal customers/Franchisees via telephone and email.
  • Undertake cross-training to support the rest of Contract Management.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in business English language – an effective written and verbal communicator.
  • First-class customer service skills and experience – in the contract hire industry preferred but not essential.
  • Good working knowledge of the automotive industry preferred but not essential.
  • Capable of self-management and able to use initiative to solve problems.
  • Effective team player capable of support across Contract Management.
