Key Responsibilities:

  • Weekly flushing and maintenance of water systems
  • Monitoring water temperature to ensure optimal conditions
  • Cleaning and descaling of showers and other equipment
  • Cleaning and disinfecting of cold-water storage tanks
  • TMV servicing and maintenance
  • Annual cold water storage tank checks and inspections

Required Skills:

  • GCSE Maths & English qualifications
  • Good IT skills and ability to use service apps
  • Excellent organisation and time keeping skills working to deadlines
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Standards, systems, procedures, and process focused
  • Self-motivated, using own initiative, desire to learn and achieve
  • A full clean driving license is required for travel and occasional overnight stays
