About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team in Kent. As part of a joint venture between two major construction organisations, you will play a key role in delivering pioneering solutions that transform the performance of Southern Water's water supply and wastewater treatment works.

This is a full-time opportunity to shape, create, and deliver connected sustainable infrastructure that helps people and the planet thrive. You will be working on a range of schemes to maintain and improve water supply and wastewater treatment works in Kent and Sussex.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Apply your extensive technical knowledge of construction techniques and best practices to drive project success.
  2. Utilize your working knowledge of the NEC 3 forms of contract to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  3. Lead by example, championing sustainability, safety, health, and environment through personal integrity and customer focus.
  4. Prioritize understanding, anticipating, and meeting customer needs to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Degree-level qualification in Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role in the water sector, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
