About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Project & Programme Services team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our London & Southeast Project Management Service Line, you will be responsible for delivering project management services regionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project delivery with advisory support from senior colleagues.
  • Manage consultant teams and monitor programmes through all RIBA stages.
  • Establish and maintain good client relationships.
  • Provide guidance and technical advice to clients, consultants, and colleagues.
  • Prepare fee proposals and bid submissions.
  • Manage project finances and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Help clients define programme and project objectives and manage them throughout the project duration.
  • Provide high-quality project management reporting.
  • Manage client relationships and service delivery on a commission or project basis.
  • Manage project teams internally, including resource management and wellbeing.
  • Stay up-to-date with legal and technical matters relevant to project work.
  • Apply quality assurance and environmental management principles in compliance with AtkinsRéalis policies.
  • Develop knowledge of AtkinsRéalis services and promote their benefits to clients.
  • Contribute to developing new business opportunities and generating repeat business.
  • Lead on project governance and fee management activities.

About You

We are looking for a focused, collaborative, and motivated individual with a strong ambition to progress. You should have a relevant construction qualification or experience within the construction industry, be a fully chartered member of a professional body, and have experience working for a Project Management Consultancy.
