Job Summary:
Pinnacle Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to lead water-related construction projects from site setup to handover. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical knowledge and experience in managing and delivering drainage and/or potable water projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage water-related construction projects from site setup to handover, ensuring safe, effective, and right-first-time delivery of contract requirements.
* Promote, enforce, and adhere to the company's Health & Safety Policy and Procedure.
* Develop and maintain relationships with relevant client representatives, supply chain, and local authorities.
* Process all contract Quality and H&S documentation.
* Assist with all commercial aspects and monitor contract costs.
* Lead project management commissions, act as the key day-to-day client interface, and ensure objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets and appropriate quality standards.
Requirements:
* Extensive technical knowledge and experience of construction techniques and best practices.
* Experience in managing and successfully delivering drainage and/or potable water projects.
* CSCS.
