Faircloth Construction Ltd is a leading Main Contractor specialising in the design and construction of commercial, retail, industrial, and leisure projects. We work with some of the UK's largest property development investment companies.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing business. The successful candidate will manage all commercial aspects of assigned projects to maximise profitability and cash flow. They will assess, review, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks and implement company policies for risk management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial aspects of projects to achieve maximum profitability and cash flow
  • Assess and mitigate commercial and contractual risks
  • Prepare and present monthly cost reports
  • Work with clients to agree valuations and contract variations
  • Support project teams with commercial expertise
  • Procure and manage sub-contractors

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial management on projects valued up to £15m
  • Experience with JCT & NEC forms of contract
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
