Bridges Electrical Engineers offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team in the heart of Somerset, part of our 60,000ft head office complex. We deliver a wide range of projects and programmes throughout UK infrastructure, from £5k to £15m in value.

This role involves supervising electrical engineering works to be completed on Thames Water, Anglian Water & Southern Water sites across the London, Kent, and Essex areas. As an Electrical Supervisor - Power Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Health and Safety legislation and regulations are adhered to by the site teams.

• To supervise electrical installations in accordance with BS7671 and Bridges Health & Safety Rules and Essential Standards
• Ensure that all items are installed to the highest standards, in compliance with the project's quality plan and inspection and test plans
• To follow and actively promote the STAR dynamic risk assessment
• To coach and mentor Electricians, Electrical Improvers/Mates and Apprentices

• ECS gold card (essential)
• SSSTS / SMSTS (essential)
• Experience as an Electrical Supervisor
• Experience within water / industrial / construction industry

The estimated salary for this role is around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will be paid hourly with overtime paid by the hour, and your travel time door to door will be paid on top of your contracted and overtime hours. A company van can be provided or a van allowance can be offered.
