About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic campaign plans that drive business growth and customer acquisition.



Job Summary


The successful candidate will have a strong background in campaign management, with experience working across personal lines products. You will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record of delivering results-driven campaigns, and a deep understanding of offline and digital marketing capabilities.



Key Responsibilities


Develop and execute strategic campaign plans to drive business growth and customer acquisition


Lead the development of integrated brand and acquisition campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, TV, and Radio


Work closely with Business Development colleagues to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with business development activity


Develop and implement measures to understand and improve campaign performance and ROI


Collaborate with our Insights and Analytics team to analyze campaign data and identify new opportunities for marketing campaigns

Salary


We offer a competitive salary in excess of £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
