Your Responsibilities

  • Lead critical initiatives and orchestrate negotiations to secure optimal contracts
  • Cultivate robust supplier relationships and analyze market dynamics
  • Drive cost-saving measures and ensure alignment with evolving needs
  • Collaborate closely with internal customers and stakeholders
  • Negotiate local, regional, or multi-site contracts with suppliers
  • Contribute to EcoSystem commodity strategy and develop business listings of preferred suppliers
  • Manage relationships with assigned suppliers and support segmentation of the supply base
  • Analyze market trends and inform commodity strategy
  • Identify customer requirements and support execution processes
  • Monitor supplier performance and report relevant KPIs
  • Generate savings measures and implement cost-out activities
  • Identify procurement risks and opportunities and implement respective measures

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing
  • Experience with indirect procurement and contract management
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and customer management skills
  • Excellent commercial, contractual, and project management competence
  • Knowledge of working with a global commodity management community
