Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team in Harlsden, North West London.



About the Role:


This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and talented individual to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of food to a high standard.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Preparation and service of food in line with menu specifications
  • Maintenance of high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen
  • Supporting the Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations
  • Participation in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge


Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant professional chef qualifications, such as City & Guilds diplomas or BTEC HNC in professional cookery. You must also have intermediate food hygiene certification and operational experience in a professional kitchen environment.

Salary:


The salary for this role is estimated to be between £22,772.52 and £28,932.30 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
