Sales Force 10 Recruitment is looking for a talented Recruitment Sales Executive to join their Business Development Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for promoting the company's brand and services to Hiring Managers and Decision Makers in the chosen sector.

About the Role

This is a brilliant opportunity for a sales-driven candidate to make the step into the world of Apprenticeship recruitment, a truly buoyant marketplace where earnings (on top of basic) are uncapped. You will receive full training, development, and ongoing support, as well as joining a motivated and successful team who are already in place.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote the company's brand and services to Hiring Managers and Decision Makers
  • Speak to prospects, old clients, and people cherry-picked from your own sales pipeline
  • Pick up vacancies for the internal recruitment team to fill
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A sales background, ideally in telesales, telemarketing, lead generation, appointment making, or F2F sales
  • Fantastic communication skills and an interest in education
  • Motivation to make calls and make money
