About This Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Sales Professional to join our team at Red Rock Partnership. As a key member of our recruitment division, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and delivering exceptional service to industrial and commercial clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the local and national labour market within your industry sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
- Monitor sales progress to ensure personal and organisational goals are being met.

Requirements:
- Proven track record of B2B sales in the recruitment industry.
