The company are an award winning Training Provider, (Several Top Employer awards) now in their 16th year, yet still looking to expand, hence the requirement for these new recruits – your team are motivated, friendly, approachable led by an experienced manager who leads from the front. Aside from local and national awards, their Trust Pilot reviews are through the roof.

Working within a specific, targeted sector, you will be speaking to receptive Decision Makers as this is a company whose name alone will open doors for you. You will spend part of the week speaking to current clients, ensuring their needs are met and upselling where possible. Another part of the week you will re-contact old / lapsed clients, checking on their progress and offering extra Training provision where needed. You will also then spend time developing new business, building a pipeline and closing where you can.
8.45am – 9am, Monday to Friday, you can expect above average holiday, long standing awards, a brilliant basic to £25k with a bonus scheme which is realistic and achievable, and will take you comfortable above £32k in earnings. A sales background would be great, if you’ve working in Training, Recruitment or Apprenticeships, even better. What is essential here though is attitude – this is an easy going, focussed office, with a mix of people in – if you are enthusiastic, and want to be a success, then this is ideal for you. The role is completely office based, and is situated in a brand new state of the art building.
