As a key member of our integrated primary and community transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering our whole-system model of care, in line with One Bromley's strategic plan. "Main Responsibilities of the Job"

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support primary and community care improvement across Bromley. The postholder will use data and information to develop insights about primary and community services, monitor contract delivery, design and produce communications for a range of audiences, including GP practices, wider health and care providers, and the public.

"Key Duties and Responsibilities"

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their knowledge, technical and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to build strong working relationships across the health and care system. They will have a flexible, delivery-focused approach to resolving issues and finding solutions to problems.

"Person Specification"

  • Postgraduate diploma level or equivalent level of experience working in a specialist area.
  • Demonstrated experience of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience of working to tight deadlines and managing own time.
  • Demonstrated experience of drafting briefing papers and correspondence for senior audiences.
  • Ability to analyse complex problems from multiple sources of information, interpret, and present data.
  • Numerate and demonstrated ability to understand complex financial issues.
  • Ability to provide and receive complex, sensitive, and contentious information and present complex and sensitive information to large groups and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and work flexibly to provide support to other departments and teams as and when necessary.
