We’re looking for a curious and collaborative Business Intelligence Lead to join our team and make a big impact through technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data from various sources and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create business performance management reports and dashboards.
  • Work with the commercialisation leadership team to define success metrics, track performance and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Identify reporting requirements, create documents and work with IT and product teams to ensure the business can track performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with product management to understand product capabilities, develop commercial packing and pricing alternatives, and gather customer and market data to deliver projections and revenue impact.
  • Perform ad-hoc analytics, synthesise insights and present trends, gaps and opportunities to internal stakeholders to drive data-driven discussions and decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in data science.
  • Experience in SaaS and subscription business, preferably in platform business models.
  • Strong background in business analytics and critical thinking.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and execute report requirements.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate and influence senior stakeholders to establish buy-in and agreement.
  • Knowledge of BI platforms, ERP and CRM applications required.
