Job Overview:
BioTalent seeks a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our global agency partnership. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
Primary client contact and coordinator with internal teams
Project management, budgeting, and financial oversight
Proposal development and pitching
Jr. team mentorship and Statement of Work creation

Essential Skills:
At least 3 years of experience in account or project management within digital/medical communications/healthcare agencies
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Life sciences sector knowledge and experience
Complex project management and budgeting skills
Interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
Multitasking and prioritization capabilities
Resilience under pressure and adaptability
Experience with project financials and blended learning solutions
Knowledge of user interface design principles
Ability to work in the Central London office and willingness to travel

Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a competitive compensation plan.
