Job Title: Royal Mail Delivery Associate

We are currently seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Associate to join our team. As a key member of our delivery operation, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to residential and commercial addresses within the designated area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be required to navigate through local streets and roads, utilizing their excellent navigation skills and knowledge of the area to ensure timely and safe delivery of mail and packages.

The ideal candidate will possess a full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £12.54 per hour (paid monthly), which is 10% above the market average in our sector, as well as overtime paid at 1.25 times the normal hourly rate. Other benefits include 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata), full uniform provided, company pension scheme with competitive contribution rates, and lots of opportunities to develop a career.
