We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. As the lead administrative support for the policies and training workstreams, you will have a varied role, coordinating various projects and tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing project management support to ensure timely delivery of key elements of our Financial Systems Replacement project.
- Assisting with the development and publishing of guidance and learning materials, including web editing and content management.
- Researching, collecting, and analysing data to inform project decisions.
- Organising events and training sessions, including coordinating logistics and communicating with stakeholders.
- Supporting the training team with courses, including course development and delivery.
Requirements:
- A HND, HNC, level 4/5 vocational qualification or an equivalent level of practical experience.
- Strong reporting and analysis skills, with an eye for detail.
- Practical skills in the use of online administrative systems and communication tools.
