Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our Legal Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will provide high-quality administrative support to a group of lawyers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of tasks. Your excellent IT skills and natural affinity for technology will enable you to work closely with the Technology and Strategy teams to test and design new systems. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Academy Tech learning team to identify training needs within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the Legal Operations team, including coordination of tasks and projects
* Develop and maintain knowledge of technology systems used in the team, with a focus on identifying areas for improvement and implementing new solutions
* Collaborate with the Technology and Strategy teams to test and design new systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes
* Work closely with the Academy Tech learning team to identify training needs within the team and develop targeted training programs

Requirements:

* Previous experience in an administrative role supporting a team in a similar professional services environment (ideally legal)
* Excellent IT skills across a broad range of MS Office and other business management applications
* Natural affinity for technology and ability to share knowledge with others in its use
