The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the quantity surveying function for the factory section of the business, ensuring commercial targets are met.

About the Role:
As a Senior QS/Commercial Manager, you will oversee the preparation of project budgets, value and agree cost variations, and provide cost reports on assigned projects. You will also liaise with purchasing and buying teams to source specialist providers and attend internal hand-over meetings. Your feedback will inform tender values versus actual costs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and scrutinize tender documents from the Commercial Department
* Prepare project budgets for the joinery workshop
* Value and agree the cost of any variations
* Provide cost, value, and reconciliation monthly reports on each assigned project
