**Senior Quantity Surveyor**

**Co. Antrim**

**Salary - Open to discussion**

I am delighted to be working with a highly prestigious construction company who due to continued success are seeking for a Senior QS to join their successful team on a permanent full-time basis.

**Reporting to the Commercial Director you will**
- Perform risk, value management and cost control
- Prepare / agree monthly valuations with clients
- Price / agree variations with internal team and client agreement.
- Allocate work to subcontractors
- Monitor and control Build Costs
- Monthly sub-contractor payment certification, agreement of variations / final accounts.
- Provide advice on contractual claims
- Prepare activity schedules
- Other adhoc duties

**About you**
- Previous experience of working within a QS role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Antrim, County Antrim: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
