Talent Development and Engagement:
This role involves working closely with the Learning & Development and Recruitment teams to deliver the Talent agenda for ARAG. As a Talent Advisor, you will play a key part in supporting the Head of Talent and the wider team to deliver high-quality results. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the administrative activities of the L&D team, including new starters/leavers, training records, and communication.
  • Ensuring the recruitment process is compliant with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Tracking budgets and managing expenses in Concur.
  • Producing MI reports for the L&D and Recruitment teams.
  • Liaising with the Inclusion Network leads to coordinate activities and manage speakers.
  • Coordinating the Inclusion Network meeting and gathering diversity data.
