About the Position

We are seeking a Learning and Assessment Expert to join our team at Dovetail and Slate. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality apprenticeship programs in Business Administration, Employability, Customer Service, Management, and Project Management at Levels 2 to 6.

The successful candidate will have a passion for mentoring learners and supporting their personal and professional growth. They will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing apprenticeship standards, ensuring delivery meets quality assurance requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging learning experiences through online and in-person sessions, adapting content to apprentices' workplace roles.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers to align programs with workplace needs and participate in quality assurance initiatives.

Essential qualifications include Level 3 or above teaching qualifications and a full, clean driving licence. The ability to travel to delivery venues and employer sites is also required. An Enhanced DBS check is essential, and Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) qualifications or experience are desirable.
